Passionate about management of technological products, helping teams to improve delivering value as soon as possible: analyzing, simplifying and controlling processes and procedures; identifying waste as well as defining delivery strategies together with Product Owners and Managers. Looking for the empowerment, identification and alignment of team members with their products and organizations.

Leading a complete unit of 4 teams and 6 products. I'm centered on:

• People working healthily, understanding changing contexts and being as productive as they can without stress
• Teams deploying with the best definition and quality, adjusting functionalities within the products.
• Helping technical staff following the best engineering practices and guiding them towards a process of continuous improvement.
• Accompanying product owners/managers understand their context: stakeholders, consumers, ways of working.
