To keep the credential, the verification process must be requested annually.

It certifies that the holder works as a trainer on agile topics, and that their ratings pass the annual quality control.

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • AgiLevel certification, if you also offer AgiLevel courses.
  • Curriculum with verifiable evidence of professional experience as a teacher.

How to offer certification exams

You can include official Scrum Manager certification exams in your courses either by operating through an authorized center or by registering as a training agent.
Training agents can offer exams as part of professional consultancy services.

Agile Consultant

It certifies that the holder works as an agile consultant for companies and that their quality ratings pass the quality control.

It grants a license to use the AgiLevel and Agilevel training and consultancy materials.

Registration requirements:

  • Knowledge of the AgiLevel framework: AgiLevel certification, or proof of at least 2 years of professional practice in agile consultancy

Agile Coach

It grants a license to use the AgiLevel and Agilevel training and consultancy materials in professional activities supporting the adoption or improvement of agile models.

Registration requirements:

  • Agile Consultant credential.
  • Scrum Manager academic certifications: Scrum Master and AgiLevel.
  • Professional activity and expert knowledge of organizational change, which you can prove in one of these ways:
    • Providing evidence of professional experience in at least 3 advisory processes for agile adoption or improvement.
    • Accreditation* of having completed a minimum of 40 hours of coach training and having worked as a coach.

It authorizes the holder to carry out official AgiLevel evaluations of an organization's degree of agility.

  • Scrum Manager Agile Consultant certification.
  • Experience in one of the following:
    • 3 improvement processes based on the AgiLevel framework, or independent AgiLevel evaluations.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in management or advisory positions.
