Registration as user and usage of the services of this website means total and unreserved acceptance of these conditions, which will be applied without prejudice to any special conditions or agreements that may be established. Please read this document carefully.

Scrum Manager.com is a technology platform that offers a digital space for the communication, training and professional advice related to the management of people, teams, and projects.

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to provide truthful, accurate and complete information about his / her name and the required information during the registration process as a user of scrummanager.com.

UNCOVERING is not responsible for the veracity, accuracy or timeliness of the data submitted by Scrum Manager's users.

UNCOVERING no does not necessarily identify itself with and is not responsible of the veracity or accuracy of the information and opinions expressed by Scum Manager's users through forums and communication spaces offered in this technology platform.

Communication, training and counselling services are offered as they are, to improve communication and training among professionals and management researchers, without corresponding judicial or extrajudicial claim due to problems such as truthfulness or accuracy of information published or communicated through this platform, deficiencies, interruption, or termination of the service.

UNCOVERING reserves the right to make, at any given time, changes and updates in the provision of the service, its contents, configuration, availability and presentation of the information, as well as of these terms of use, without prejudice to the rights acquired, as well as the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvement, without any claim for this concept for direct or indirect damages or losses arising from it.

4. Privacy policy
