Professional certifications certify that the holder, not only has the necessary training for having passed the core academic accreditation exams, but also carries out his or her professional activity with a high level of recognition.
Scrum Manager verifies annually that the holder maintains his/her professional activity, and the level of recognition received by his/her clients, collaborators or students.

If you work as an agility teacher and you have the scrum master certificate by Scrum Manager, you may send a request for a Trainer professional certificate. This credential stands for your academic and professional knowledge, and it means that your activity as a teacher is under Scrum Manager’s quality reviews.
Requirements for a new license:
- Scrum master certificate (by Scrum Manager).
- AgiLevel certificate, if you also wish to teach AgiLevel.
- CV with verifiable professional experience as a teacher.
Requirements for each yearly renewal:
- Request for renewal of professional certifications. It is made from the personal area of scrummanager.com
- Average quality reviews by students in the last 12 months: > 8.
Note
The Scrum Manager Trainer certification accredits its holder as an agile trainer with quality ratings registered by Scrum Manager. If you wish to include official Scrum Manager certification exams in the courses you teach, they must be taken at an official Scrum Manager center or you must register as a training agent.
Requirements for a new license:
- Knowledge of AgiLevel: AgiLevel Certification.
- Or accreditation of at least 2 years of professional experience in agile consulting.
Requirements for each yearly renewal:
- Average quality review on Scrum Manager’s professional profile (in the last year): > 8.

Requirements for a new credential:
- Scrum Manager Academic Certifications: Scrum Master and AgiLevel.
- Agile Consultant license.
- Verifiable experience in agility implementation and optimization processes. You may provide evidence in two ways:
- Providing at least 3 pieces of curricular evidence that prove your proficiency in AgiLevel. These pieces of evidence should be available online and for the general public. For example: Information of your agility optimization processes using AgiLevel, publications on professional networks, essays, blog articles… related to organizational agility and AgiLevel.
- Accreditation* of having completed certified coaching training* and practiced as a coach.
*Agile Coach course certified by Scrum Manager or by one of the following entities: ICF, IAC, ICC, FICOP.
Requirements for each yearly renewal:

- Average quality review on Scrum Manager’s professional profile (in the last year): > 8

Requirements for a new license:
- Agile Consultant professional certificate.
- Experience in one of the following:
- 3 improvement processes based on AgiLevel, or independent AgiLevel evaluations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in management or consulting positions.
Requirements for each yearly renewal:
- Apply for renewal from the personal area of scrummanager.com.
- Lack of irregularities in Scrum Manager’s internal audits.

The maintenance of certification requires:
- Evidence that the holder continues to practice their professional activity, through the professional activity records of Scrum Manager or AgiLevel performed, or through quality assessments received.
- An average quality rating recorded in Scrum Manager in the last year greater than or equal to 8 out of 10.
Professional certifications will not be renewed:
- If no information has been recorded in the last year to support the maintenance of professional activity,
- Or if the quality assessments do not meet the required level.
In the case of losing the credential due to a lack of activity, it can be re-requested if professional activity is resumed.
