The third Scrum Manager core certification

Agile Bedrock is the first core certification that tackles head-on the agile management of knowledge teams in the age of AI, from fundamentals and sound judgement.

It does not teach recipes or a closed framework of practices: it teaches the map of agile knowledge and its dialectical evolution, so that each professional develops judgement and the capacity to evolve, staying at the forefront as the environment changes.

The name alludes to the solid rock: the stable bedrock of fundamentals on which each team builds — and rebuilds — its way of working. It covers the whole spectrum of knowledge teams, not just software.

Why now?

  • Generative AI (since 2022) and autonomous agents (since 2024) have changed the value production equation in knowledge companies.
  • A gap has opened that traditional agile frameworks do not cover on their own.
  • Agile Bedrock is new, core content: it is not an update or a replacement of the Scrum Master syllabus.

Why add it to your catalog

Three reasons why Agile Bedrock is a real business opportunity.

1

A valuable course, unique in the market

The first program that tackles agile management in the age of AI head-on. It does not update the same old content: it fills a real knowledge gap that no management professional can afford to ignore today.

2

The question everyone is asking

Does AI make Scrum obsolete? Are ceremonies no longer needed? How do you work with autonomous agents? Agile Bedrock answers with fundamentals and sound judgement, not passing fads.

3

Core knowledge, not a recipe

The “solid rock” on which each professional builds their own way of working: empiricism, team functions, pace architectures and decision criteria depending on the context. Content that does not expire with the next tool.

Who does this course open the door to?

A broad audience with a high demand for training.

Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches Who need to update their role in the face of AI.
Product Owners and Product Managers Who now decide and validate more than ever.
Team leads and technical managers In software and in non-technical areas.
Agile transformation leads and PMOs Who design how teams work.
Knowledge professionals Marketing, legal, HR and finance professionals applying agility with AI.

Certification parameters

The same parameters as Scrum Master: direct integration into your usual operations.

150
SPs of the core certification
EVAL
Its own exam, already available on the platform
2
Modes: “course and exam” · “exam only”

No surprises in your operations. Available through the network of centers: activities in the intranet (Management > Activities) and its own exam in EVAL, replicating the Scrum Master structure. As with the other core certifications, the exam is not self-configured: the center selects the activity and the exam type.

What the syllabus teaches

Six parts plus an appendix. Declarative register, theoretical grounding (Nonaka/Takeuchi, Shu-Ha-Ri) and an agnostic stance.

INTRO
The knowledge spiral

Predictive vs. evolutionary, the Manifesto and the “fourth wave” of AI as antithesis.

PART I
Fundamentals of empiricism

The stable base on which every form of agile work is built.

PART II
Functions of the agile team

Including the new human-assistance orchestration function.

PART III
Pace architectures

Iterative, continuous and dual channel: how to choose the cadence depending on the context.

PART IV
Work practices

With the “definition of done” as the boundary between volume and value.

PART V
Context and decision

The software / non-software asymmetry as the axis of professional judgement.

PART VI
Principles and values

Ten principles, with algorithmic transparency and judgement-driven orchestration as contributions of the AI era.
