Each professional credential requires its owner to credit for certain specific knowledge and professional expertise. Each new credential is granted based on academic and curricular evidence.
Professional credentials also mean that the owner’s professional activity is being reviewed and audited by Scrum Manager through quality surveys. Renewing a credential for a new year requires:
- Regular professional activity and commitment: Either submitting new activities related to Scrum Manager or Scrum Level, or receiving new quality reviews.
- Average quality review on Scrum Manager’s professional profile (in the last year): > 8.
Professional credentials expire after one year of inactivity, or if the quality reviews are below the minimum. In case of having lost the credential due to inactivity, it’s possible to request a new one.
