Scrum Manager: Official Center License

UNCOVERING BETTER WAYS SLU (hereinafter Uncovering), in its capacity as holder of the commercial exploitation rights of professional training and consultancy services, under the registered European trade name Scrum Manager® with registration No. 017806779, and as owner of the rights to the Scrum Manager® training materials and certification model, as well as of the communication systems for their dissemination and for the provision of the information, consultation and online training services located at the Internet addresses: scrummanager.com scrummanager.net and scrummanager.org

1.- Hereby authorizes Aitor Castro Casas, which offers training services under the brand  Aitor Castro to:

1. Use of the Scrum Manager registered trademark under the designation of “Official Center”, for the offering and marketing of the following official Scrum Manager training and certification services:
   1. In-person courses on the Scrum Manager core syllabi with an exam supervised in person and valid for obtaining the corresponding official certification.
   2. Online courses on the Scrum Manager core syllabi with an exam audiovisually supervised by Aitor Castro staff through web monitoring, valid for obtaining the corresponding official certification.
2. Use of the Scrum Manager registered trademark under the designation of “Examination Center ” for the offering and marketing of the following official Scrum Manager certification services:
   1. Exam valid for the official certification of the Scrum Manager core syllabi, taken with a connection to the official Scrum Manager online examination platform, supervised in person by Aitor Castro staff.
   2. Exam valid for the official certification of the Scrum Manager core syllabi, taken with a connection to the training platforms of the center, audiovisually supervised by Aitor Castro staff through web monitoring.
3. For-profit use of the training and consultancy contents and tools developed by Uncovering and published under the Scrum Manager, Agilevel and Scrum Level trademarks. 
4. Validation of Aitor Castro courses covering topics that extend the Scrum Manager core syllabi, so that they include the certification of Skill Points (SPs) of the Scrum Manager certification system.
5. Publication in the official course calendar of scrummanager.com of the Scrum Manager courses and training activities that Aitor Castro delivers in sessions open to the public. 

2.- Subject to the following limitations or exclusions:

1. Scrum Manager certification exams must be conducted in accordance with the instructions on rubric, confidentiality, delivery, supervision and identification of students prescribed by Uncovering and published at any given time on the informational intranet for Scrum Manager centers.
2. At least 20% of the students receiving Scrum Manager training or certification from Aitor Castro must complete the quality assessment of the activities in the members area of scrummanager.com, and the average of the half-yearly assessments received must be higher than 8 (out of 10) for the license to be maintained.

3.- It being understood that:

1. This license shall be cancelled and rendered void upon the occurrence of any of the following causes:
   1. At the request of the licensee Aitor Castro, communicated to Uncovering.
   2. Due to non-payment of examination and certification fees on their due date.
   3. Due to inactivity, if the number of certifications carried out by Aitor Castro over a continuous period of 12 months is fewer than 20.
   4. Determination by Uncovering that the licensee has breached any of the conditions of this license.

In the event of cancellation of this license, Uncovering shall notify the licensee of this fact at the address info@aitorcastro.com, with the licensee having no right to any claim or compensation whatsoever.
The use by Aitor Castro of any of the grants of this license implies its complete and unreserved acceptance of the terms hereof.
