Dual track is, in Agile Bedrock's definition, an architecture in which two modes of work coexist and synchronize at specific points, not at every step. It is the answer that best preserves the value of the framework when people and agents that execute work autonomously live in the same team, "because their natural rhythms are incompatible and forcing them into the same beat degrades both". Synchronization happens at the quality gates: the human track feeds the assisted one well-defined problems with clear acceptance criteria, and the assisted track returns finished increments for validation. Tying both tracks to a single beat produces both risks of the model at once: empty formality — the human track waits for its meeting while the assisted one delivered hours ago — and disconnection — the assisted track runs so fast that the human stops validating.
