Four-panel comic strip in a meeting room: the team's assessor, standing by a whiteboard, sets an anonymous survey from 0 to 3 on whether they feel free to say what they think; the manager stands behind the two respondents, looking over their shoulders, and tells them to take their time; two threes appear on the whiteboard and the manager celebrates with his arms raised while the two respondents look at him unsmiling; the assessor writes MONDAY on the whiteboard and tells him they will do it again on Monday, without him in the room, and the respondents look relieved.
