Only People Cross the Last Column

A Scrum Manager strip

Four-panel comic strip: the team board wakes up with every card in DONE; the developer celebrates finishing the whole quarter in their sleep; the AI clarifies it updated the statuses according to its own progress, at 3:14; and she moves the cards back to GENERATED, closing that only people cross the last column.
The concept

For Agile Bedrock, the task board is the visual representation of work in progress: its purpose is to make the state of the flow transparent, expose bottlenecks and support self-organization. With intelligent assistance, agents can update the board according to their state, and it is wise to include a human validation column as a mandatory quality gate: orchestration must be able to see at a glance how much work people execute and how much the assistance does. A board that "lies" — because the assistance updates statuses without the humans knowing — leaves the team blind right where it most needs to see: only people cross the last column.
