What it covers

Here you keep your Scrum Master certification up to date.

This assessment updates the validity of your Scrum Master certification. Reserved for those who already hold it, it lets you certify online that you maintain your command of the agile management of projects, teams, and organizations with Scrum, in the setting where most of them work today: with artificial intelligence built into their day-to-day work.

The assessment reviews the pillars of the syllabus:

  • Agility, the Agile Manifesto, and the distinction between practices, principles, and values.
  • AI in knowledge work: what changes and what stays.
  • The Scrum cycle and empiricism: the Scrum Team, its accountabilities, and AI as a capability of the team under human accountability.
  • The artifacts: the Product Backlog, the Sprint Backlog, the increment, and the Definition of Done.
  • The events: the sprint, Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, the Sprint Review, and the Sprint Retrospective.
  • Measuring progress, estimating, and telling output from outcome.
  • Scrum's principles and values, people above roles, and ways of working for quality.
  • The Scrum Master's craft in AI-enabled teams: working agreements, AI literacy, quality, impediments, psychological safety, and antipatterns.
