Agile product operating model

In this topic you will learn to operate an organization by product: how product work is structured, funded, governed, and measured, and what culture sustains it, instead of managing it as a succession of projects. It covers the operating model and the shift from project to product, the orientation toward outcomes over deliverables, the product as an operating unit and portfolio management, empowered teams, roles and organizational design, funding and governance by value streams, metrics and evidence-based governance, the culture of product-based work, and the transition to this model. It draws on the two reference formulations —Cagan/SVPG's Product Operating Model and Scrum.org's Agile Product Operating Model— capturing their common core and pointing out where they diverge.
