About Scrum antipatterns

The main purpose of this application is to serve as a self-training and professional development tool for agile practitioners.

It is designed to facilitate the identification of common antipatterns in the use of Scrum, helping to establish theoretical knowledge for its correct practical application in daily work.

The application offers you two key functional areas:

  1. Knowledge library: an easy-to-access repository detailing the most common antipatterns, their symptoms, root causes, and, most importantly, the strategies and solutions to mitigate them.

  2. Self-diagnosis module: an interactive tool that allows you to evaluate your own team. Through a simple carousel, you will answer a direct diagnostic question for each antipattern. Upon completion, the system will generate a visual report (in Kanban format) showing the frequency of each, allowing you to quickly identify where to focus your improvement efforts.

This application is not just an information repository, but an active tool designed to improve the analysis and decision-making capabilities of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team leaders in real-world scenarios.

This tool serves as an excellent complement to formal training. For in-depth training and certification, you can check the list of centers offering it.
